Our Flexible Spending Plan benefit administrator is transitioning from BPI/myCafeteriaPlan to Navia Benefit Solutions on May 1, 2022.
To ensure a smooth transition to Navia, current Flexible Spending Plan participants should review the “Welcome and Transition Overview” document emailed by GMHEC Benefits Services on April 11th. This document covers important information regarding your current BPI/myCafeteria Plan claims, the Navia system registration process, and the transition process.
Current Flexible Spending Plan participants may attend the Navia Participant Training Webinar on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. EST. This webinar will walk you through how to use the Navia Participant Portal, submit a claim, and answer any questions you have. Use this registration link to sign up for the webinar. For participants who cannot attend on April 20th, a recorded session will be made available following the webinar. Details about accessing the recording, when it is available, will be provided by GMHEC Benefits Services.
