BTS is seeking a Marketing Associate for our New York City office. This individual will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and developing and executing marketing communication plans as well as planning and coordinating company events.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

·        Content Development: Generate, edit, and coordinate the publishing of thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, blog posts, video and infographics.
·        Digital Marketing: Manage content marketing and social marketing campaigns. Update and engage in social communications on an ongoing basis, and manage landing pages and content promotions on BTS.com. Oversee email marketing campaigns and manage contact databases. Monitor campaigns, measure results and analyze ROI.
·        Lead Management: Work with sales and information technology to track and analyze leads for better conversion from prospect to client. Tools include Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Google Adwords, and Microsoft Excel.

·        Public Relations: Manage various public relations functions in conjunction with the Marketing Director and outside PR firm.
