The Skeletal Health and Osteoporosis Center is a clinical and research program within the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Hypertension at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH), a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School. The center provides clinical treatment and diagnosis of osteoporosis and other bone diseases in addition to bone density scanning using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and peripheral quantitative computed tomography (pQCT). Our research focuses on clinical and translational research in osteoporosis and metabolic bone diseases. The Research Assistant will have the opportunity to engage in many facets of clinical research and learn about the treatment and diagnosis of bone disorders. The department is looking for a motivated individual to work as a Research Assistant assisting in the development, implementation, and analysis of research protocols.
