Are you tired of your projects coming in late or over budget? Are you new to project management with minimal or no previous knowledge of project management? Don’t know where to start? Attend this class to learn and develop core project management processes and practices. Participants will work with each process group (phase) of the 5-step Project Management Institute’s project management cycle, including the following: creating a Project Charter; WBS and effective project planning, and status reporting. Participants leave the workshop with tools and templates to immediately apply to their projects.
Participants should have the need to get started building or maintaining a project charter or plan (or really any goal or objective that requires a timebound result!).

- Develop Understanding of Key Project Management Concepts and Process
- Practice creating Project Management deliverables
- Build participant’s confidence in Project Management ability
