Winter Term Internships in Law:

Intern with U.S. District Court- Judge Sessions Burlington, VT

The intern will have the opportunity to witness court proceedings involving both civil and criminal cases. In addition, he/she will be responsible for summarizing pleadings, as well as reading and discussing legal arguments with the Judge and his law clerks. Spending a month in a federal judge’s chambers affords an in-depth view of the legal system to which most undergrads will never have access. DEADLINE: October 9

Intern with U.S. District Court- Honorable Judge Mark Wolf Boston, MA

Witness court proceedings involving crimes ranging from drug dealing and murder to insider trading. Read and discuss legal arguments with the Judge. Meet with other judges and prosecuting attorneys. Spending a month in a federal judge’s chambers affords an in-depth view of the legal system to which most undergrads will never have access. DEADLINE: October 9
