Lab Alumn Jacob Epstein ’16 returns to give Physics Department Seminar

Lab alumnus Jacob Epstein ’16 returned to Middlebury to discuss his research on “Superconducting Qubits: The Device Behind Recent Progress in Quantum Computing.”  Jacob is currently an associate technical staff member at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.  His work on quantum computing in the Condensed Matter Section – Experimental and Computational Physics Group will be pitched for a general audience.
