As a reminder, we have launched Skill Matrix Training for all employees and supervisors and invite everyone to join our training in March and April.
What is Skill Matrix? Skill matrix is a framework that we use to identify a person’s current career progression in their role and what future progression looks like. The matrix emphasizes their ownership and impact in the role and moves on a continuum from learning in a role, to growing, to thriving and possibly leading.
