The Middlebury Well-being Challenge is a community project that emphasizes challenge by choice and also attempts to cultivate a supportive community for well-being. The challenge invites participants to carve out a couple moments a week to promote their well-being by focusing on one type of well-being each week for four weeks. By focusing on well-being as a community, we both support each other and increase the overall wellness of our community.
