Considering a Master of Public Policy? Join this Webinar to Learn about the St. Andrews Program – Oct. 1, 6 pm ET

David Jaeger, Professor of Economics at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, will host a virtual information session on October 1, 6:00pm ET, to connect with students about the school’s new one-year Master of Public Policy program. 

The defining characteristic of the program is a focus on policy analysis and causal inference, with coding in Python and integrating generative AI as a coding tool. The degree is open to all interested students with a B+ or above GPA, regardless of undergraduate major.

St Andrews will offer a 10% discount to students who commit to the program this fall in this inaugural year.

Ellison Scholars Program for Science, Technology and Engineering Students – Application Deadline, September 30, 2024

Virtual Tour of UK Universities

Beginning Monday, June 1st from 12:00-1:00 pm (EST), 9:00 am (PST) and throughout the summer, our lovely UK hosts will be offering Marshall Mondays Brunch & Learn virtual tour sessions, to include an introduction to top university programs, short lectures, meetings with post-graduate Fulbright & Marshall Scholars and closing with a Q&A session. The Virtual Tour will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform. Nomination Applications for the Churchill Scholarship Due Oct 1 (noon)!

The competition is now open for 15 Churchill Scholarships in science, mathematics, and engineering! Current seniors or recent graduates (2018 and 2017.5) must apply for Middlebury’s nomination by noon on Oct. 1. 

The Churchill Scholarship provide funding for a year of Master’s study at the University of Cambridge, based at Churchill College.

Nominees apply for one of two Master’s degrees: the MPhil (Master of Philosophy) or MASt (Master of Advanced Study) in a STEM field. See eligible fields: http://www.churchillscholarship.org/programs.html 

Applicants must be a citizen of the United States, a current senior or recently graduated within the past 12 months. Applicants must also apply to the selected program at Cambridge; applications are strongly encouraged to be made by Oct. 10.

Kanders Churchill Scholarship (MPhilPP, Cambridge University)–Deadline Oct 10!

The deadline for the Kanders Churchill Scholarship is fast approaching: Oct 10, 2018!  The Kanders Churchill Scholarship is designed to address the growing divide between science and science policy and supports a one-year masters program in public policy at Cambridge University.

To apply, candidates will state their interest in the Kanders Churchill Scholarship on their Cambridge application: (see https://www.polis.cam.ac.uk/study-at-polis/graduates/MPhilPP/fees-and-funding).

To be eligible, applicants must be a US citizen, a current senior or college graduate with a major or minor concentration in science, mathematics, or engineering, and attend the Cambridge Master’s in Public Policy
