Princeton in Asia Fellowship Competition Now Open

Princeton in Asia (PiA) fosters mutual appreciation and cross-cultural understanding between the United States and Asia through immersive work fellowships in host organizations and communities. Rising seniors and recent graduates from any university are eligible to apply until November 1, 2025.

Study and Work in Germany with the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX), Deadline Nov. 1

The CBYX for Young Professionals is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 program year. This year-long fellowship, funded by the German Bundestag (parliament) and the U.S. Congress, provides participants the opportunity to study and work in Germany. 

Eligibility: U.S. citizens, 18.5 – 24 years old, a high school diploma, and clear career goals and some work experience in their desired career field. German knowledge or a college degree are not required. Click here to learn more.

Once accepted, 65 young professionals from the U.S. will spend August 2026 – June 2027 in Germany attending language school, taking university or trade/technical classes, and completing an internship in their prospective career field. We seek applicants whose professional and educational ambitions would benefit from a year in Germany.

Passion for Teaching? Consider the Mississippi Teacher Corps (MTC)

The Mississippi Teacher Corps is seeking applicants for their alternative graduate program which prepares participants to teach grades 7-12. This is a full scholarship for a M.A. in Teaching from UMiss, and job placement in a Mississippi public school. Learn more and apply at mtc.olemiss.edu. ·  November 15th: Early acceptance (decision sent by January 1st)
·  February 15th: Preferred deadline
·  April 15th: Final deadline

The Mississippi Teacher Corps (MTC) program at the University of Mississippi provides training and licensure for non-education majors who wish to teach grades 7-12.

Benefits:

·  Full scholarship for a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Mississippi (covers all tuition, books, and fees)

·  Job placement in a Mississippi public school with full salary and benefits from the school district

·  Class A teaching license in Mississippi

·  Summer stipend to help cover moving and incidental expenses

·  Free on-campus housing during the summer training program

September 10 Event: Learn about the Master of Public Policy Program at St. Andrews

Robert A. Jones House Conference Room, 2 pm

Professor David Jaeger, Founding Director, will be on campus next Wednesday to speak about the new program at St. Andrews University, Scotland. Please join him to learn about the program, where students will gain real-world experience working on a group “Policy-in-Practice” project for a domestic or international client. MPP students will focus on data analysis and policy evaluation, incorporating generative AI as a coding tool. Unlike most MPP degrees in the US, the St. Andrews program takes one calendar year.
