Who We Are
Urban Teachers is transforming the way people are prepared for a career in teaching. Through hands-on training, coaching, and peer supports, we give our teachers the skills needed to improve outcomes for students in high-need communities in Baltimore, DC, and Dallas/Fort Worth. By doing so, our teachers are changing the lives of the students, families, and communities they serve, as well as their own.
What You Need To Know
The next application deadline for Urban Teachers is Monday, February 25th; apply here today! The application should only take about 20-30 minutes to complete!
Applying is not committing, so if you’re interested in this program, we recommend applying by the 25th. Why? Because the sooner you apply, the more likely you are to receive your first choice of city placement (Baltimore, D.C., or Dallas/Fort Worth). AND the sooner you’ll hear back from our admissions team: Wouldn’t it be nice to have a guaranteed job by the time March Madness rolls around?
