- On the occasion of her 105th birthday, Kathryn W. Davis has renewed her commitment to the unique philanthropic venture Projects for Peace. Among those benefiting from the initiative—a pair of Middlebury student initiatives. (A third Midd project has received funding from the president’s office.)

Plenty of cultural events on campus this weekend. If you’re up for it, you can enjoy the Paval Haas Quartet on Friday night, catch a matinee performance of the Imaginary Invalid on Saturday, and then groove to the indie-folk tunes of Philippe Bronchtein ’10 and his band Hip Hatchet on Saturday night.
