We’ve been receiving more requests for help with alternative bibliographic management software. UVM has been supporting Zotero for a few years now, so I’ve invited librarian Daisy Benson to visit for a Zotero demo and discussion. We can talk about other tools too (Noodlebib and Easybib have been mentioned in recent years), and consider investigating them later.

Sorry to spill over into the lunch hour. The room is being used until 11, and since Daisy is coming all the way from Burlington I thought we should block off more than just 60 minutes. You may leave whenever you need to!

“Liaison Discussion Section” meetings address research and/or technology topics of interest to liaisons. They can be conversations, or presentations, or both. They take place most often on the 3rd week of the month, but in order to allow people who work different hours to attend, they’re sometimes scheduled for different days/times.
