Fredy, thanks so much for this interview! I absolutely loved the way Kate’s interview was complemented by beautiful photographs of people, food, and gardens. A video like the present one brings the issues of urban agriculture and food access vividly to life. This is the first of the videos I’ve had a chance to view, and it makes me very excited about how the weekly interviews posted by different members of our class can coalesce into digital stories from each site with dramatic impact on a wide audience.
