Exploring Food Systems

This is a course for FoodWorks students June 5 to August 5 of 2016. Groups from within the whole cohort will be working  at three sites: Middlebury, Vermont; Louisville, Kentucky; and Washington, D. C. All participants will also be enrolled in the present class, which offers one course of credit through Middlebury College. The readings, face-to-face conversations, online audio and video conferences, and blog linked to the course are designed to extend and enhance students’ experiences as interns during the summer.
