Position: Head Coach – Men’s Golf

Department: Athletics

I grew up in central Massachusetts in the small town of Palmer (which is located roughly halfway between Worcester and Springfield). I attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Western New England University, and the University of Southern New Hampshire earning various degrees in History, and eventually, a law degree. I worked in the legal field until 2012, when I decided that it was not the right profession for me. I decided to make the transition to working in the golf business, with golf being a large part of my life since I was 13 as I had been a successful junior, collegiate and amateur golfer. After two years, I decided to turn professional and earn my PGA certification in Teaching and Coaching. Immediately prior to coming to Middlebury, I worked at Taconic Golf Club in Williamstown, MA as the Lead Assistant Professional and for Williams College as their Assistant Men’s Golf Coach and Golf Tournament Coordinator.

In my spare time I enjoy teaching golf lessons, playing professional competitive golf tournaments, hiking, playing guitar, playing basketball and tennis, and reading books, mostly non-fiction (history, philosophy, self-improvement).
