Protect yourself this winter by getting your flu shot. Middlebury College is offering a flu clinic, administered by Addison County Home Health and Hospice, open to all employees at no cost on October 24th, October 31st, and November 1st.
Vaccines will be provided by appointment only. Please schedule your appointment online here. You will also need to bring a completed paper copy of the Influenza Consent Form. Please note that a vaccination cannot be provided without all the information on both sides of the form being filled in.
The dates, times, and locations are:
- Tuesday, October 24th, 7:30-10:30 AM – Mitchell Green in McCullough
- Tuesday, October 31st, 11 AM-2 PM – the Great Hall in Bi Hall
- Wednesday, November 1st, 2-5 PM – Abernathy room in Axinn
Please note that due to production shortages of covid vaccine, pharmacies and primary care providers have priority around acquiring vaccines. This has put limits on community providers to acquire vaccines, and as such covid vaccine cannot be offered at this time. While vaccine supply has been limited, it is expected to improve in the coming weeks. In light of this challenge, employees are encouraged to schedule an appointment with their health care provider,local pharmacy or vaccines.gov to schedule a covid vaccine appointment.
