We house a LOT of forms on the Human Resources pages of our website. This week we reorganized the main forms page in an attempt to make it easier for you to find the form that you need as quickly as possible. You can now use the shortcut go/forms (go.middlebury.edu/forms – off campus) to take you to this page.
Your feedback is very helpful as we try out new ways of presenting information. So please be sure to let us know if you are having trouble finding a specific form or piece of information so that we can attempt to make this easier.
