I am sorry to report that Genevieve James Mayer passed away on December 26, 2010, following a long illness.  She was 79.    Genevieve worked as the data entry clerk in the Language Schools from late 1982 until her retirement in 1994.  Prior to coming to Middlebury, Genevieve worked for Western Union, Simmonds Precision Products, and Middlebury Savings and Loan.

Mayer, son Paul J. Mayer, and daughter Paula Mayer, as well as four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
