PeopleAdmin Update

Categories: Midd Blogosphere

As you can see from our brand new applicant portal here — https://middlebury.peopleadmin.com — PeopleAdmin is up and running and we have several postings that are accepting applications! (Check out “This week’s employment snapshot below for more info.) Please note that you can also search for positions at Monterey via our portal. If you would like to apply you will need to create a new account in PeopleAdmin; Greentree credentials will not work in the new system.

As stated in a previous MiddPoints posting here in May, hiring managers will only have access to Greentree through the end of the month of June. The HR office is maintaining limited access to our Greentree database for a short additional time in case we find that we need to retrieve additional data from the system.

We are planning to roll out some larger scale training sessions later this summer  and in the fall.  In the meantime, we are working with hiring managers on an as-needed basis to enter requisitions into the system.  Please watch the MiddPoints blog for announcements of upcoming trainings and demos. In anticipation of the start of a new academic year we plan to offer targeted trainings to student supervisors since student postings will also be processed through PeopleAdmin.

If you need to enter a requisition for a staff position or if you have any questions, please contact us at hr@middlebury.edu or X5465.
