An individual who notices a behavior or situation that could lead to power-based personal violence.

An individual who notices a behavior or situation that could lead to power-based personal violence and chooses to do something, anything to decrease the likelihood that this violence will occur.

Who can be a bystander?

Everyone! As members of a community, it is our responsibility to be aware of the safety of those around us. It’s our job to keep our eyes out for potentially dangerous situations and  to act if we we think something is wrong. What if the person who needed help was someone you loved?
