The Affordable Care Act requires employers to furnish Form 1095-C to current and past employees who were covered in the employer sponsored medical plan for all or any portion of the tax year 2017. This year’s deadline for employers to furnish form 1095-C to employees was March 2, 2018. Please check your mailboxes since they should have arrived by now.
When you receive the form, please check it carefully to be sure it accurately reflects your medical coverage, including any dependents who may have been covered in your plan during calendar year 2017.
