30 minutes of seated mindfulness meditation with optional discussion afterwards. Various mindfulness techniques will be introduced and focused on throughout the semester. All sessions are led by Chessy Kelley, meditation instructor. Chessy has been leading meditation with people of all ages and faiths for 15 years. She has studied with numerous teachers for over 25 years, including his Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
No previous experience with meditation is necessary. Funded by the College’s Wellness Committee.
No registration for the classes is necessary; just come on the day. Cushions are provided.
