The Acropolis and You

For centuries, the Athenian Acropolis has inspired visitors—from tourists, painters, architects and photographers to dancers and politicians—to respond in creative ways to the site’s power and majesty.

What does the Acropolis mean to us, global citizens of the third millenium? Have you had the opportunity to experience the Periclean monuments firsthand?

We invite you to be an enduring part of this exhibition. Post pictures or drawings from your visits to the Acropolis on Instagram or Twitter (doctor them up the way you like—or not, #nofilter is good, too), tag them as an #acropogram and tag us @middartmuseum.

You can also share photos and comments on our Facebook page (facebook.com/middartmuseum) or email them to museum@middlebury.edu.

We will print out your pictures, drawings, and comments, and post them on the wall here in the exhibition.

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ
