Welcome to my life.

I have recently decided to transfer my daily diary from a written form to a new online blog that seems to be everywhere I turn.

I live on the Upper East of Manhattan with my husband Alexei Alexandrovich Karenin, a C.E.O., in an amazing appartment.  We have one darling seven year old son, Sergei, who lights up my life.  We play together in Central Park.  He attends The Cathedral School of St. John the Devine, an elite day school in New York.  We have a wonderful nanny who cares for him when I cannot be there.

My brother, Stepan Arkadyevitch Oblonsky (Stiva), and his wife Darya Alexandrovna Oblonskaya (Dolly) are very dear to me and my husband.  They live on the Upper West Side with their children and I try to visit them as often as possible.  I love hosting/attending dinner parties and attending fancy openings.
