Interested in Social Change? Seniors, Apply for an FAO Schwarz Fellowship (Feb. 1, 2026, 9 pm ET deadline)

This national fellowship offers a two-year experience for graduating seniors interested in leading social change. Fellows are offered paid positions at leading nonprofits in New York City, Boston, and Philadelphia and will receive between $96,000 – $110,000 over two years, plus professional development, mentoring, and more. Roles combine direct service – tutoring, mentoring, leading field trips, museum education – with strategic projects (creating new programs, working on legislative priorities, research, and data analysis) to deepen your understanding of social justice and equity.
