During this 5-week in-person opportunity in Uganda, students will work directly under the research mentorship of Yale School of Medicine researchers Dr. Robert Rosenheck and Dr. Yang Jae Lee. This fellowship offers a unique, hands-on experience where Ugandan and American students will work alongside local health professionals to assess and address gaps in clinical and mental health care. Fellows will gain valuable insight into global health challenges, develop leadership and research skills, and engage in cross-cultural collaboration.
