If so, read on: “The Fellowship program at El Pomar is a highly competitive, two-year leadership development program that develops today’s young professionals into tomorrow’s leaders. Fellows have the opportunity to pursue personal and professional growth through direct program and project management, community development, and grant-making. We are currently recruiting for our next class of Fellows, to begin in July of 2010.
