Wayfinding on a network involves linking paths. The map reader will want to know how paths link together so that they can transfer lines easily.
Distinguish junctions (where a person can leave one path and join another) from exit only stations along the linear network. Give more emphasis in your visual hierarchy than other stations to help people find them quickly.
