As part of improving the helpdesk’s web presence, in conjunction with revamping our website (coming 12/23), we want to better inform you about technical issues on campus.  We will begin posting outages and alerts that you should know about here on the LIS blog, as well as highlighting them on our website at go/hdalerts.
