+ Beginning on Sunday, 10/ 18, all students are invited to submit their audio or video clips for the week’s “Tear Down This Wall: Public Speaking Competition”

Your topic: Put yourself in the shoes of the US President and record a speech for November 9th 2009! Submit online/ on youtube. Deadline for your submissions: Saturday, 10/ 24, 12:00 p.m.

Max. length: 5 minutes.

The community at large is invited to vote for the best three submissions on youtube!

+ Interviews/ story board project on college radio station: “Where were you when the Wall came down?” every day before 5:00 p.m.

+ Exhibit at the library, co-sponsored by the Geography Department

+ Informal meetings and discussions at the German House
