Thanks for another great meeting, all! We broke into two subgroups: planting and chickens/events. PLANTING talked about seed trials (Jay will trial seeds from Renee’s seed company, and we can experiment with whatever anyone wants to try!), incorporating more biodynamic and permaculture methods (thanks, Sara!), having a workday at the farm on 4/4, and more! The CHICKENS group planned out our build day (4/19, Friday), and talked about the logistics and coordination for building an entire coop! We also discussed potential movies we could screen this spring. (perhaps a greenhorns screening out on the knoll?).
