New Faculty Orientation – Fall 2018

Welcome to Middlebury!!

The New Faculty Orientation focuses on introducing digital tools and practices that support transformative teaching and learning.

We invite you to join us for an in-person orientation session led by the Office of Digital Learning and Inquiry (DLINQ). Two sessions will be offered: on August 30 (9:30-11 am) and August 31 (1:30-3 pm) in Wilson Media Lab (room 220) in the Davis Family Library. Please, RSVP by using the link below to sign up for a session.

Prior to the session, we strongly encourage you to review the online faculty tech orientation. This resource, which can be accessed at any time, will walk you through the necessary steps to help you obtain your Middlebury credentials, as well as to connect to wifi, printers, and other resources on our campuses. We also include guides to using Canvas, WordPress, and other curricular technology resources.

DLINQ staff are also available for one-on-one consultations to work with you to build digital technology-supported teaching and learning spaces and experiences. You can use this link to request a consultation . We look forward to working with you!
