If you need help or want to talk through ideas and options, come to drop-ins hours at the Center for Careers & Internships (CCI) in Adirondack House every Monday-Friday from 2-5 p.m. No appointment necessary for drop-in hours!

What’s New in INTERNSHIPS:

• Learn about real estate from the ground up at this small but busy Denver-based real estate firm.  Apply now to be the Real Estate Development Intern for Focus Property Group LLC.  Internship offered by CLIMB (Colorado Leaders, Interns and Mentors in Business). (Deadline: 5/15)
• Here are some great internships in the food business!  Good Tastes, Inc. is seeking rock-star Marketing Intern and  Supply Chain/Operations Intern who will take part in and learn about launching a new brand in their all-natural, preservative-free food inspired by traditional and authentic Latin American cuisine. (Deadline: 6/2)

• Computer Science experts! Hone your skills this summer as an Information Technology Intern with New England Asset Management, a global investment advisor that specializes in offering capital and investment management services primarily to the insurance industry. (Deadline: 5/15)

• Juniors and Seniors!  Buyside FX is posting for a full time employee starting in summer of 2015. The Marketing and Sales Associate will learn all about and be a direct contributor in this venture-backed financial technology startup with offices in Boston, London, and Burlington, VT. • Here’s your perfect finance job in Boston as an Associate (Consultant) at Investor Group Services, a boutique consulting firm working with private equity firms, strategic acquirers and their portfolio companies across North America and overseas. (Deadline: 5/15)
• Spend the summer as a Trip Leader for Putney Travel leading middle school or high school students on trips anywhere in the world.  This is a great company and they love Midd Kids!   (Deadline 5/15)

CCI Reminders and Related Notices:

• Senior international students: You don’t need a job to apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT), but if you find a job in the U.S., you need OPT in order to start working in the U.S.!  It can take up to three months for OPT to be approved, so if there is a chance you will be working in the U.S. after graduation, apply for OPT now!  Visit GO/OPT for details and instructions.  ISSS is always happy to meet with you to discuss your options after graduation.  E-mail isss@middlebury.edu with questions or call 802-443-5858.
