Welcome to CCI Connect! Check out the newest internships, jobs, and CCI events postings and get started! As you browse the entries, clicking on the internship or job titles will bring you straight to the MOJO posting (you will need to sign in the first time); in many places, we’ve also provided a link to the organization. If you need help or want to talk through ideas and options, come to drop-ins hours at the Center for Careers & Internships (CCI) in Adirondack House every Monday-Friday from 2-5 p.m. No appointment necessary for drop-in hours!

INTERNSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINES THIS WEEK (April 27-May 3):

• Work on social justice issues as a Service-Learning Intern in Malawi this summer through World Camp for Kids Malawi. (Deadline: 4/30)
• Speak Mandarin and want to be in Shanghai this summer? Work as the Research Intern – GIS or the Research Intern for Report Writing for Jones Lang LaSalle, a professional services and investment management firm. (Deadline: 5/1)

What’s New in JOBS:

• If you love grammar, this may be your job.  As the Online Marketing Associate for Grammarly, a leading online application for perfecting English writing, you will write, edit, develop partnerships with bloggers and increase readership.  (Deadline: 5/16)
• If you are multilingual and want to help students  find and book life-changing immersion programs all over the world, apply to be the Multilingual Student Advisor for Language International (note deadline date: 4/25)

JOB APPLICATION DEADLINES THIS WEEK (April 27-May 3):

• The Center for Careers & Internships is seeking Peer Career Advisers to work in our office next year! This is great student job, where you’ll be trained, given lots of responsibility advising students and presenting workshops, and you’ll be gaining excellent experience for your own resume. Apply now! • French majors or native speakers! Garrison Forest School, an independent girls’ day and boarding school located in Maryland, is seeking a Middle-Upper School French Teacher . (Deadline: 4/27)
• Do you speak Spanish and Portuguese? The Advisory Board Company, a global research, consulting, and technology firm for healthcare and higher education ranked by Forbes as one of the 200 Best Small Companies, seeks a Spanish and Portuguese Speaking Sales and Marketing Associate. (Deadline: 4/30)

• Mon, April 28, 6-7 pm Information Session: Addison County AmeriCorps VISTA Come learn about serving as a VISTA member for a year after your graduation helping to support schools and youth and fighting poverty in Addison County.  (Community Engagement, 118 South St.)
• Tues, April 29, 9-10:30 am Internship Preparation Workshop Any student who is receiving summer internship funding from CCI must attend ONE of these meetings.  Also on April 30, and May 2. (Coltrane Lounge, Adirondack House)
