Welcome to CCI Connect! Check out the newest internships, jobs, and CCI events postings and get started! As you browse the entries, clicking on the internship or job titles will bring you straight to the MOJO posting (you will need to sign in the first time); in many places, we’ve also provided a link to the organization. If you need help or want to talk through ideas and options, come to drop-ins hours at the Center for Careers & Internships (CCI) in Adirondack House every Monday-Friday from 2-5 p.m. No appointment necessary for drop-in hours!

INTERNSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINES THIS WEEK (March 23-29):

• Learn about all aspects of a non-profit arts organization as the Arts Intern for  The Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, a non-profit dedicated to encouraging the growth and development of emerging visual artists and writers and to restoring the year-round vitality of the historic art colony of Provincetown. (Deadline: 3/23)
• Esperanza Peace and Justice Center, a cultural arts organization in Texas dedicated to advocacy for women, people of color, queer and working class communities, the poor, and others wounded by inequality seeks Programming Assistant for videography and volunteer coordination.  (Deadline: 3/23)
• Deadline extended! Get hands-on experience with these great opportunities as summer Studio Art or Arts Administration Interns at the Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill in MA. (Deadline:3/23)

• Seniors: Ramp up your approach to “life after Midd” with CCI’s Career Action Crash Course and in three sessions, get a firm handle on what you want and how to network and interview to get it.  We meet late mornings on April 4, 18 and 25. • Mon, March 24, 1:30-5:00 pm  Spring Job Fair in Burlington Over 80 employers will be represented.  This is a great opportunity.  RSVP in MOJO.  Free van transportation available from CCI.  (Location: Champlain College in Burlington)

• Paid Summer Internships at New York City Museums for students from New York with demonstrated financial need.
• The Andrew W. Mellon Undergraduate Curatorial Fellowship Program for undergraduate students from historically underrepresented groups is organized around two components: the Summer Academy and the Undergraduate Curatorial Fellowship Program. Students much first apply to the Summer Academy. Application dates vary – check specific links. The Art Institute Chicago, High Museum of Atlanta, Nelson–Atkins Museum of Art, Kansas City, The Museum of Fine Arts Houston (MFAH): Los Angeles County Museum (LACMA).
• LACMA – Marketing Internship Part-time; unpaid. Deadline for Application: April 1^st for Summer Internship (June-August) http://www.lacma.org/internships
• LACMA – Collections Management Internship The volunteer intern must be able to complete 240 hours within a fourteen-week period, be computer literate and be a college junior, senior or graduate-level status. Academic credit can be arranged. Hours are flexible between 8am and 6 pm Monday through Friday. Deadline April 1^st for Summer (June, July, August). http://www.lacma.org/internships

• Peter A. Krueger Summer Internships (Cooper Hewitt National Museum of Design) These internships, which honor the memory of Peter A. Krueger, who was an intern at Cooper-Hewitt, provide a stipend of $2,500. The internship program runs for 10 weeks over the summer beginning the third Monday of June. Housing is not provided. • The Andy Warhol Museum – Pittsburg A small number of unpaid internships are available at The Andy Warhol Museum. Internships are highly competitive and placement may take up to 12 months, so apply as early as possible. We will make every effort to match potential interns with the limited internships available. • Pittsburg Center for the Arts Internship applications are accepted year-round. Day and evening opportunities available.
