September Work/Life Webinar: Brilliance of Resilience to Transform Stress: for Adults
Constant Hine will explain how to foster brilliant inner qualities and grow habits of resilience in adults so they are more able to handle challenging and stressful situations with ease and success. She will present 5 principles for transforming stress to increase professional success, foster positive family dynamics and personal wellbeing. Constant will also share practical and down-to-earth strategies to shift our focus from intervention to prevention by making intentional compounded choices in four areas to gain control in our personal and professional lives.
Constant Hine is a nationally recognized dynamic, motivational and inspirational educator, speaker, coach, trainer, consultant and author. She has an MA in Teaching/ECE from Nova University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She has over 20 years’ experience in the field of education. She has owned her own educational consulting company Horizons In Learning since 1988 and currently lives in Denver, CO.
