Learn the latest recommendations for when to use e-mail. Identify ways to avoid misinterpretation of your e-mails. Acquire suggestions to adjust your e-mail writing for better results. Outcomes: Learn to use e-mail so it doesn’t dominate your day—and you get the answers you seek.
Linda Bland is the collaborative author of the book Don’t Stop at Green Lights. She has been delivering corporate training for 20 years through her business Cahoots Writing Services. Linda has been helping Middlebury College staff improve their written expression for 12 years. Linda also delivers training to IBM, Ben& Jerry’s, Burton Snowboards, and the State of Vermont, in addition to 7 local colleges.
