May is Physical Activity Month, a perfect time to celebrate the power of movement and its many benefits for our physical and mental well-being. Regular physical activity helps reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers, while also improving mood, sleep, energy levels, and overall quality of life. Whether it’s walking, dancing, gardening, or structured exercise, every bit of movement counts—and it all adds up to better health. This month, find ways to move your body that feels enjoyable and sustainable, and take one step closer to a healthier you.
