We’ve heard from many of you that trainings assigned to you in Oracle HCM are not being marked as complete, even though the training has been completed. We are aware of and attempting to rectify this issue.
In the meantime, here are some troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue:
- Clear your cache before accessing the training.
- Use a private browser.
- Ensure you hit “Save and Close” in the training pop-up after completion, as Oracle will not count it as complete until this is done.
- Remember that “Building a Safe and Inclusive Community” and “Cybersecurity Awareness Training” is required annually, and completion of these courses in previous years will not count toward this year.
If you are still finding that courses are listed as incomplete, you do not need to attempt the training multiple times. Simply send a brief email to hr@middlebury.edu stating, “I’ve completed my training, but it isn’t registering.” We can verify your progress and manually mark them as complete. It is best to reach out after completing all sections of the courses.
When courses are completed, either automatically through Oracle or manually by HR, you will receive an email enrolling you in the course for next year. This email will have a due date in 2024, and verifies that the training for this year is complete.
