As some of you may have heard, the Human Resources office will be transitioning onto a new applicant tracking and position management system in June. PeopleAdmin will be replacing Greentree to manage the requisition and hiring process as well as serving as a repository and management tool for job descriptions. You can expect to see more detailed communications from the HR office in the coming weeks, however we wanted to take this time to share the news with everyone. Currently we are beginning to touch base with departments who are actively recruiting for positions to ensure a smooth transition for hiring managers and applicants alike.
We are looking forward to sharing this new tool with you as it will do a great job of centralizing several processes. We ask for your patience in providing additional details, as we will be actively testing and assessing the new system over the coming weeks as well as developing communication and training plans. Hiring managers of current and upcoming requisitions can expect to receive on-going information about transition plans as timelines are finalized.
