In 1947 the college began fundraising for a field house. In 1949, Memorial Field house was completed made from an aircraft hangar out of New York. Today, the Memorial Field House is home to both Nelson Arena and Pepin Gymnasium. Attached are images of the field house’s planning and construction and a paragraph on its beginnings.
