Jacqueline Novogratz, Chief Executive of the Acumen Fund, which invests in businesses aiding the world’s poor, says, “We think about our values in pairs, and there is a tension or a balance between them.” Novogratz talks about what answers to questions on a job interview become a ‘dead-end’ and how authenticity and fit are key to an effective job interview.
