I spent some time yesterday going through lynda.com’s “Outlook 2010: Effective Email Management.” I found it very helpful and really appreciated the opportunity to watch a 2- or 3-minute tutorial on one Outlook tool, then going to my own Outlook, implementing it on a couple of things, dealing with whatever cropped up work-wise in the meantime, then moving on to the next 2- or 3-minute tutorial. Thanks to the Education Team (or whatever it’s called) for getting lynda.com for us!
