Focus Advisory Services is a preeminent financial consulting firm in the media industry with corporate clients such as EA, World Wrestling, and Sony/BMG; the producers of Batman Begins, Superman Returns, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, X Men, Spiderman, and Independence Day. The firm specializes in creating sophisticated models and offering memorandums for slates and single films; providing appraisals for various media assets, such as film libraries; and advising in bankruptcies and litigation.
2. Service Learning at Charter House winter shelter in Middlebury
The Charter House is looking for three J Term interns! Responsibilities would include supporting the staffing needs of the emergency shelter for families and in learning how a volunteer-based non-profit provides housing and food services to those in need. The three interns will work in collaboration with the Charter House Project Management Team, will have an opportunity to write a grant proposal for funding the operation of Charter House, and will support the completion of the annual Point-Time-Survey count of the homeless population in Addison County.
