The unbook club held its most recent meeting on November 18th and discussed the book “The Six Secrets of Change” by Michael Fullan. The group had a great conversation that ranged from appreciating the six secrets and strategies for trying to incorporate them into our jobs at MIIS. For those of you who didn’t read the book, the secrets are:

For the next unbook club meeting, we’ve decided to try reading a novel or memoir. There are so many to choose from so we thought we’d open the question to the whole staff. Please use the poll below to pick the next book for discussion. You can find more information on each of the books online.

I love that we’re all looking in a different direction in that picture- classic!
It looks like we’re coming to consensus on the book, so I didn’t even vote for my suggestion. The Lam book sounds very interesting!
I hope we attract some new folks to the un-book club this time around!
