If you take a look at the MIIS home page, you’ll see a new link for Events at the far right of the main navigation bar.  Here you will find a new MIIS calendar that is fully integrated with our room reservation system.  You’ll also find new electronic forms for reserving a room and requesting support for your event.  This much more efficient system will make it easier for all of us to keep up with what is going on, and to make arrangements for our activities.  Thanks to Rebecca Walters, Barbara Burke and Stacie Riley for working with our Middlebury colleagues to make this all work “under the hood,”  and to Barbara and Stacie for taking on the extra workload of managing a more complex events planning  information system.

Please take a minute to look through the new section of the web site, and make note of electronic forms that you will need to submit in the future to schedule an event, plan for its support,  and list it in our calendar.  You will be hearing from Barbara and Stacie shortly with more explicit instructions for using the new system.
