Monday Night Series Featuring Environmental Leaders To Run Through December 2

The fall 2010 Environmental Speaker Series, which began last week, features local and national environmental and business leaders speaking on current issues including anti-sweatshop campaigns, successful private-sector sustainability programs, and what environmentalists need to know about economics.

The series, sponsored by the Graduate School of International Policy and Management’s Program in International Environmental Policy, is the centerpiece of the Institute’s fall semester course “Hot Topics in Environmental Policy.”  While the lectures are part of an ongoing class curriculum, the Institute welcomes attendance by the general public at the speaker series.  Admission is free.

The speaker series will convene every Monday evening through the fall semester from 6:00 p.m. to approximately 7:30 p.m.  Location varies according to the date – please note event location in each listing below.  The schedule through the end of October is as follows:
