The Middlebury College Yoga Club offers various classes every week for students of all levels. No experience necessary and classes are free of charge.
Fall 2014 Schedule
Mondays 5-6:15pm: Yoga with Russell Comstock in McCullough Wilson Hall *PE credit available by attending 8 classes in one semester.
Tuesdays 5-6pm: Yoga with Olivia Heffernan in Mitchell Green Lounge
Wednesdays 7-8pm: Yoga with Sam Vila in Mitchell Green Lounge
Thursdays 5-6pm: Yoga with Sam Vila in the Chateau Grand Salon AND 8-9pm with Katie Carlson in Forest Basement Lounge
Fridays 4-5pm: Yoga with Emily Vicks in Mitchell Green Lounge
Saturdays Noon-1: Yoga with Fia Green in Mitchell Green Lounge
Sundays 10-11:15am: Spin/Yoga with Sarah Fossett and Sayre Weir at YouPower AND 8-9pm with Kathryn Haderlein in Proctor Basement.
