• Project managers shall, in their work:

    • Be dedicated in recruiting talent that is qualified to work on the project
    • Respect the specifications set by the clients and the company and be devoted in delivering high-quality products and services to the clients
    • Respect the project deadlines which are agreed upon
    • Commit to protect the confidentiality of information concerning the clients and the talents
    • Ensure data security regulations are being followed throughout the projects
  • Project managers shall, in their relations with clients:
    • Keep the communication channel open, and respond to clients’ inquiries in a timely manner
    • Be honest with the clients about issues encountered in the projects, such as timeline, budget, and production issues
    • Make sure the reviewers from the clients are involved in the projects from the beginning so that there will not be a gap in expectations in terms of the final deliverables
  • Project managers shall, in their relations with their team members:
    • Treat all project team members and coworkers fairly, regardless of their sex, race, religion, or age
    • Provide an inclusive and welcoming work environment to all team members
    • Assist project team members in their daily work and professional development
    • Accept constructive advice from team members and coworkers and update the best practices in the workflow accordingly
